old H1 -> validity until Sep 2020. same Visa stamping also.

new H1 -> validity until Jan 2021 , no stamping...showed this one to CBP and was fine.

not only location, but also role change or duties change by more than 50%.

Amendment malli kottaga 3 years (not mandatoryily)...but  istaru irrespective of old one..
