We are not allowing Dharmics from Nepal since they are not persecuted there.

 

But in Pakistan, Bangla & Afg we are being persecuted &

if you remember very well this batwara was part of partition agreement.

We are duty bound to provide helping hand to any dharmic facing persecution in these 3 countries and want to come to India.

 

Muslims are not eligible since it makes little sense as they are not being persecuted in these 3 countries.

 

Whether you like it or not, will not matter

Most of the country will love it, it will become emotive issue and most parties would their pants opposing it.

India is secular on book because it really has no codified law that is fit for a modern society. So it copied the most successful body of law then . Which is western constitution. In reality India is racist on caste lines which is what Hinduism is all about.
