1. Bending backward for ROW? You still don't get it, do you? He doesn't care for ROW or iranians or chinese or anyone else. Durbin only cares about 1 person and that is Durbin. 4. Since 2014 we have been trying to explain that any provision that effectively increases green cards, it doesn't matter whether it is recpature or dependent exemption or whatever made-up term you want to use, any such measure that effectively increases green cards cannot be done outside of CIR. And that is why the only bill that than can pass is Fairness Bill. There are fake groups who have been fighting with us because these idiots talk about recapture on the drop of a hat. And all that time, every idiot who have talked about recapture or any sort of exemption for spouses or doctors or anyone under the sun, they have been undermining any chance of getting Fairness bill done before 2030 (which is when CIR might be possible, that is the hope) Durbin knows this all too well. And now Durbin is doing exactly the same, using his fake/parody bill to undermine the Fairness bill. Durbin doesn't give 2 shits about ROW or iranians or chinese. And I know you wont get this even now, no matter how hard we try because you will keep on believing that "Durbin is bending over backward for ROW". But don't worry - you reap what you sow. These iranians and chinese will get their turn. They will experience it first hand what Durbin will do to them, just wait and watch. After the Fairness bill is done, Durbin will come after the iranians and the chinese, they just don't know that yet

 

5. The world is not just about Indians v/s ROW, although that is what Durbin wants you to believe. This is not us v/s them situation. We will get the bill done, that is how it will unfold. We had far bigger obstacles to reach here today, and we will get over this Durbin nonsense. He will have to get over his hate for Indians, and that is how it will have to be

 

6. When we posted the FB message on 2nd October telling everyone about who Durbin is, every word of that message is true. This guy is a con artist. He hates Indian immigrants to his core. But for long time he has made sure to make it appear as if he is the good guy. And now that is is being exposed, he is really disturbed that people are finding the truth about him , that is why he went to the Senate floor on the morning of the first day when Senate is back from recess to introduce his bill to make a show that "see, I am not racist, I want even more green cards" But his nonsense parody bill has exposed him even more. Durbin is a racist and more people are finding that the truth about him, which bothers him even more. Behind the scenes he is probably scheming to project himself to be a "good guy", but that wont change who he actually is. We have known about Durbin since 2007. So this is not new to us. But this guy is racist and he holds deep prejudice against Indian immigrants For him, this bill is not about your green card or your families' suffering. For him, it is all about the fact that he doesn't want to see brown skinned people. That's all

 

7. He went to the Senate floor to show that he tried to UC and Rs blocked his parody bill, and he is trying to show that he is so “compassionate”, and behind the scenes he is trying to show that he is a tough guy. But this guy uses the power given to him by the people, to hurt the very people he is elected to represent, and pretend that he is doing them a favor. This is as worse as it can get in politics. But remember that if we are persistent, this guy will fold like a puppy. We just have to keep on speaking the truth to the power and be persistent We will get the Fairness bill done. That is the only way this ends

 

8.We have to be brave in the face of adversity, even when he might be powerful senator like Durbin. That is how we overcame every previous objection/opposition, and there were plenty of them. And we will overcome this hurdle as well. There is great invisible power in the truth. We have to keep telling everyone the truth about how he has conducted himself in Congress. Durbin, like all men of power, cannot make an excuse that he was told by others (his staff) to do thus, or, that virtue was not convenient at the time. It will not suffice. And posterity will not remember Durbin as Ted Kennedy like, which is what Durbin wants. We will make sure that Durbin will be remembered as Jeff Sessions like. He will not go down as a good person. He cannot hide the truth, we won't let him hide the truth, no matter how powerful he might be We seek equality and Durbin is on the wrong side of history if he blocks the bill. He knows that too, which is why he is so bothered by it, not because he "cares" for ROW/iranians/chinese, but rather because he cares for himself and his own image
