Correct.There was never anything called andhra rule or telangana rule - there was some neo-capitalist families of andhra who established empires in cinema and political areas  and historical demons called doras who rule telangana. Atleast the andhra families never made a big noise about being representatives of andhra or anything but the crooked doras made themselves the spokesperson of entire telangana - the same telangna whose people were made to do vetti chaakiri (bonded labor), jogini (supply prostitutes) to these doras were succesfully made to identify themselves with the same doras as their leader.

There was never any framework called andhra which allowed a person of andhra region more accesses to resources just because he comes from andhra. Unlike say caste which allowed some people to enjoy liesurely exploitative lifestyle for centuries. A rayalaseema kamma like CBN always had more access to one of the most powerful families of andhra - nandamuri then any cultured kapu or reddy  from andhra could have had leave alone a dalit.
