Construction cost between 1600 - 2500 INR per sft depending the specifications and quality of the products used for flooring/plumbing/Elec-Wiring/false-ceiling/painting etc.,

Oka 3 bedroom 1600 sq sfts esukunna -> cost 20 to 40L 

Plus builder/contractor charges -> 15-20%

3 floors ku -> 70L to 1.5 Cr INR ( lowest specs to  Luxurious specs ).

But dealing with the contractors and reliability on them is the biggest headache. Inka timelines devudi meedha vadileyali
