This same text passed Committee already in 2011 and approved by then committee. Now, why again?

Yes, bill got 99 supporters as of now. Every other senator is not expert in law of immigration so no one out of 99 who are not immigration subject matter expertise simply comes and shows up to object.

on senate floor all 100 maintain atmost dignity

Then how come Durbin got co sponsors for his own bill ? By 99 support logic he should have got zero co sponsors for his bill.

Learn how voting works here in senate and what’s UC in senate? If a prominent senator saying yes means what vote of others in senate. It’s hard to explain without knowing basics.

I find it funny that they are accusing durbin of being racist even though his own bill asking for more green cards. If you think he is bluffing then go in non UC way and get it passed and then work him on passing his version of the bill which will increase total green cards. 

99 senators vundi vundi Ani confidence vunte go in non UC way. Expecting veteran like Durbin will change his mind is not good strategy. If he wanted amendments to bill then he would have approached like Paul . But he wants discussion. Possibility of making him change his stand is not probable.
