Pack up and go. 

Is that not an option? US born cousins went to India and they love it there. It is not a matter of adjusting to Indian conditions. Anyone can adjust to any place in India. It is not Syrian yet. 

It is their choice to some on a temporary visa and followed by bad planning. 

High skilled workers have options for Canada, UK etc. but they want to live here only. The system gets them eventually.

We have a choice 1. Pack up and go 2. Fight for fairness. We chose the second option coz WE define our lives not some outdated discriminatory immigration system.

what is your base for this fight ?. All countries are getting 7% EQUALLY kada. is that not equality. and this rule was introduced in 50s and till early 2000s there was no backlog.
