sure, is it symptom of vitamin d deficiency ....  daily whole millk 500 ml thagutha .... 2 years back check chesukuntay d3 deficiency vachindhi but not too less just below normal ... doctors said take it easy

yeah, adi one of the symptom. Naku similar unde. Using d vitamin now, its much better
