Acting US ambassador to Ukraine William Taylor testified for nearly 10 hours on Tuesday in the House impeachment inquiry into President Trump. In his testimony, Taylor addressed text messages with fellow diplomats in which he expressed concerns about the freezing of aid to Ukraine, according to multiple outlets.
