This will be a boon for big corporations, who definitely will have more than 50 USC employees. Their new hiring practice will be to replace/hire foreign workers for new positions who can work for less money compared to USC counterparts, this will substantially bring down their Labor costs down, there is still a lots of potential to get this rule abused, may not be from mestris but this time from corporate greeds. Any thoughts on this??

Question, why do you think only IRAN batch is opposing it?? How come one specific country came into limelight for opposition?? Are they bigger beneficiaries of EB till now ??

Apart from Indians , China 🇨🇳 will be the biggest beneficiary for this bill but curious to know why they are not supporting this bill ? They should support this right ??

1. No 50:50 rule for 2 yr

2. No GC number increase

3. 15% to 5 % for ROW from year 1 to year 5 gradually decreasing
