I just called Senator Durbin’s Office. They said ball is now in Senator Cornyn’s court, as he has to call for hearing. She also mentioned during committee hearings, they would invite immigration experts and parties of affected communities and solution could be from combination of the bills. So asked to reach out to Senator Cornyn’s regarding hearing process and time.

Call 3 done. Told the staffer that I am appalled that the senator throws everyone under IT workers. Told him I am far from it and work in finance and know doctors, surgeons and top executives stuck in line and hope this clears the senator's misconception. Separate note: I will continue calling but it seems our niceness isn't really bothering him. I know IV had plans with the fundraiser and maybe we need to be aggressive again. Anyways, will follow IV's direction. Some people love being hated and this guy seems to be getting off on it.
