Nothing is gonna happen for H4 EAD. The rate at which things are going, it wont happpen on March 2020

 

In any case IV folks will file a law suit to stop/atleast delay  this

 

In the meantime November 2020 if Trump loses, things will change. Even if Trump wins, he may not bother anymore because he got his second term and he doesn't have to face anymore elections.
