by-election is not a referendum of kcr approach on rtc strike. But you people seems like taking it that way.

If they go without their demands getting fulfilled, definitely its a victory for govt. But kcr trying to do it with bulldozing approach, which is not good for anyone and shouldn't be appreciated.
