sadguru is definitely using techniques from yoga and communicating in a understandable format,he is pretty articulate in responding to current trends pretty nicely in a appealing way, as long as we treat him as teacher, i am open to learn, the moment he behaves like god, we should know that right away about his next steps

go through the inner engineering with a open mind just like any other PD program, if someone of the meditation and other techniques help you, praise the practice and not the individual coz it came from hinduism, mind has to be open and not restricted by bias, there are always 100 sides to pro and cons of any aspect in the world

read the inner engineering book, there are many good practices that one can imbibe in their daily like, start day with meditation, imbibing positive thoughts, eating healthy food, enjoying the nature and learn to avoid modern distractions

there is too much questioning for useless things within hindus, the first question they should ask is why are temples controlled by govt when churches and masjids are not
