Whats ur visa status ....it doesn’t matter vendor pays or not...employer has to pay you...go to your local dol office n tell..but ur mesthri will revoke ur h1 if you are

Depends on whats in your LCA. I think he should be okay as long as he pays whats in LCA over the last 1 year. 

 

Not sure if LCA pay has to be paid in 26/24/12 installements or any rule like that

You can also complain if your bonus is in pending ..and payslip is outstanding..even if he met lca..you worked over the PO. Just complain..yes and also transfer to someone and also get copy of your i140
