Fiat Chrysler and the owners of Peugeot, PSA Groupe, have agreed to merge, according to The Wall Street Journal and more. Should the merger be successfully completed, they would become the world's fourth-largest automaker.

Peugeot was never successfull in north america. It will now have Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership network which will be very useful to get into US.
