coffee Posted November 1, 2019 Report Share Posted November 1, 2019 This duo town has some of the oldest colleges like Agricultural University, bapatla engineering college( one of the oldest private engineering colleges in Andhra + Telangana) Chirala - vrs yrn education society ( one of the oldest well eqstablished arts college) and two other engineering colleges..pharma colleges .. Still the duo towns hasn't seen the development , it still looks like 70s , while many politicians, actors including chiru , venkatesh , Rana studied here...came from here... Why ?
