There is nothing wrong in fighting for equality . They have full rights .  But why go to extreme calling words like racist , durbin widows and orphans. 

He didn't removed something which was existing previously. When we got h1s country cap was alteady there. The backlog was not created by him. 

So many people will die in India without ever getting a chance to come to US ever since US has limited immigration. Will you also call all those durbin widows and durbin orphans ? 

If IV thinks it has 99 senators support , then no one is stopping them from getting it passed in normal way . 60 is enough to do it.
