[Help] Choose a exterior paint color for our new townhouse

Hi,

First time Homebuyer. Need a lil help on choosing exterior paint colors for our townhouse.

Evening Blue (Like the name implies)

or

Tuscan Gold (Kind of yellow/mustard)

vs

Mountain Sage (Dark Green)

Need suggestions in terms of picking a good color. My neighbors on either side will be having a Dark Gray and Dark Brown townhouse. In terms of resale, what color is a good choice to pick too?

Probably go with light color since your neighbors houses have bright colors. Yellow looks nice too

light colors are energy efficient

if you live in arizona, light color is the best you can do

exteriors should always be light colors

Bro there are many AR apps in the market home depot, etc and many more you can just overlay your house it gives a very good feel how your house looks in that color you can just select that paint code in the app and give to your contractor

HOA/Landlord/Builder andaru approved colors bhayya!   that's not a problem. Choosing a color is the dilemma here.  I live in Pennyslvania area.
