Job Stress and Future Stress

Bro’s same thread running already but wanted to share my problems.

i am doing IT job from 2 years. Double masters chesina while doing job also I am on CPT this year H1 got approved. Job lo full stress and in these two years haven’t learnt any thing. English mathladali ante full tension what I am talking is correct or not ani. I am having sleep less nights thinking what will happen in office in next day ani. Also in this pressure weekly 3-4 times going to stripe clubs and spending all my money there. I want to get out of all these baa please help. I am single 31 years. Haven’t sent a single penny to India. I have a loan of 18 lakhs
