I don't know the answer to this. But female orgasm is kind of an evolutionary vestige. In other words, it lost it's function during evolution, similar to why men still have nipples but no function to it. Men need to orgasm to generate sperm, but woman don't need to orgasm to bear a child. That's why I don't know if we will ever know how this happens. 

But since female orgasm doesn't have any evolutionary function to it, men in general assume impregnation and ejaculation is associated with orgasm, but that's not the case.

Apparently, the marital rape exception, that is exception 2 of section 375 of the Indian Penal Code states that sexual intercourse by a man with his own wife, the wife not being under 18 years of age, is not rape.
