USA needs that type of immigrants. Not immigrants who cheat and lie for money. Because of all the others who cheat, the genuine highly talented students are also facing problems (like not getting selected in H1b lottery etc.) Politicians look for votes and not for rights of non-citizens as they cannot vote. That's one of the reasons why this bill has a very little chance of getting approved by Senate. And that's one of the reasons why Trump will never sign this bill. Are you sure ?
