Why will I risk my life by subleasing in this country unless I have to pay from my pocket. I am subleasing for lesser money than I am.paying so that I can move on. Ne doubts nayame but na situation bad with job changes cant help.thanks for remembering me.

ask him to have home insurance as precondition, he has to send the receipt of coverage along with rent every month, then its ok
