How much is good rate in DMV area?

 I am currently in Rockville, MD  I get around 108k(gross)in C2c, take home around $6300 per month. Is that a good rate? 
 

How much is good pay for guy with 4 years experience(java) for FT in dmv area?
 

Na  experience 4 yrs ayna  submitted for senior role. In such cases how do we decide we are getting a good rate?
