Choose any cheap cities baa where crime is low. Coz you need to look for safety as well if you want to settle here.

True baa.. one of my friend is drop out undergrad lo sadhuvu raaka carry lu padi.. 

He did real estate and his dad is already having fixed rents coming up around 1.2L by that time. 

now veedu develop chesi 3 lakhs varaku vasthunnai rents, em cheyykunda. plus Chinna chinna business lo invest chesthadu khaali ga undakunda.

I live in small city in oklahoma, savings bane untai. whenever i get bore i go to dallas or kansas. and with the savings i can afford vacation every long weekend. So your call baa

straight ga chepta...there are middle class ppl in CA and also millionaires in new mexico , nebraska etc kind of places.

stay where there is market for your work...look for opportunities than anything else...ee bokkalo snow traffic temperatures aath care...

daddy lu lekunda kuda cheyyacchu baa. I ve seen some of managers quitting in my project and joined as builders with his friends. Now they constructed 2 80 plus apt complex and he bought personal farmhouse where he has some cows and does farming too.
