Its a personal choice, some people who are aggressive and wants to be in the race in top tech comapnies they want to live here (Nenu kaadu a talent una vala gurinchi cheptuna malli nannnu anukoni dooberu :) )   , last decade lo Bay area , seattle kakunda tech revolution lo vere place ninchi vachina companies cheppu may be 10 to 15, but you can name 100s in these two states, people say Ausitin to an extent but its like second office to most of the companies to get some tax cuts 

Nothing wrong in living other states as long we are happy , but if young, youth blood who wants to explore and fight with challneges i feel for them bay area is best place
