I am planning to buy a rental property. can you plz suggest mana visa issue rakunda ela start cheyali? Passive income kada so direct ivvoccha?

property management antey property mana name meeda untundi vallu just rents collect cheysi valla fee teesukuntaru kada? so vallu direct mana account lo money deposit cheyoccha?? also tax related ela plan cheysukovali.. evaraina untey pla pm me or ikkada aina cheppandi... offer iccha vallu OK aney laa unnaru but ivanni alochisthey tension aitundi. i used to have a rental property, nenu direct ga chesa no management company. taxes antava nenu CPA ganiki icha vadu chuskunadhu....so no Idea about taxes.

But from H1B perspective, i dont think its an issues.....btw i only had it for around 1.5yrs, i sold it an brought another house

 

experts can shed more light on it

No management company

Tentants direct deposit in my account

No receipts

But lease agreement was done n signed by both parties

I think this might create issues if you are on H1.....I did come research on this

 

LLC unte malli if you need to prove that you are just an investor and you people in ur payrole helping......Legally yes you shouldn't have issues as per law but ....

 

This is just like even though u have valid H1, Visa should check the validity of h1b and give the visa, but it doesn't go like that, so alaga

U can give no issues. its a passive income. i have one rented out and which is managed by a property management company.
