The main reason Indians in USA afraid to go back is, getting job in USA is very easy, fake, felonies caste,corruption. India interviews are very tough, work hours 9-16 hrs, $2 an hour, only 8 hrs pay for 16 hrs, no weekends culture, micromanaging, traffic is horrible, 45 retired
