He was not eating inside the train. It was on the platform at a remote corner. Also they are selling food downstairs officially. so there is a different intent to harass the person.

playing the card "you are singling me out because I'm black!" - these people will never reform even after generations. These blacks have a sense of "entitlement", they complain and play blame game. They are LAZY PIGS. Law is law - eating is forbidden in paid areas. Period. Don't argue when you don't know the law. If you are detained, it is for a reason and it is best to shut your mouth up instead of loud mouthing, insulting the officer and resisting arrest. Nobody will arrest you without cause and if it is not going to hold up in the court. He could have apologized and stopped eating and it would have been all fine but his loud mouth and argumentative attitude took care of his as$ at last. But the officer remained calm all through the ordeal. Had this happened in India, they would have beaten the $hit out of him, blindfolded him and dragged him on the road and even posted the whole thing on tiktok! Hope he will be born in India in his next birth so he realizes the value of freedom.

there are thousands of vehicles over speeding on highways but not all of them can be stopped and given citations. It is practically impossible. A few people get citations and that sends out a message to others.
