I repeatedly said i am not disputing the fact that the guy was on the wrong doing in this case and his behavior is not acceptable and there is no argument on that. My topic is about the cops way of enforcing laws which are not consistent when i observe multiple incidents and i have serious reservations on that.

You replied to my comments and started with an arrogant salutation saying, "Orayya..." Just scroll up and see for yourself who started being rude, making cheap comments - it's all quoted and safely documented inside my comments. I know a LOT about how courts and law enforcement work. I had a chance to visit some prisons as part of a project with Corrections Department. I disqualified a magistrate and recused a judge by myself as pro-se on a case for bias and also won the case. On another case, I tracked down a person (who took my money and absconded) by hiring a detective (PI), dragged him to to small claims court, won the case, got a judgment on him for the money with 10% interest, PI expenses, etc., placed the judgment on his credit for 7 years and also collected 100% money ordered by court within 20 days of hearing/judgment.

I encourage you to visit a prison and it will change your outlook forever - it's like a KALLU VILLAGE and you are paying your hard-earned tax money to feed them and maintain them - who is "working" the system and abusing the system with trials and appeals and living in prisons for FREE for decades. They have a feeling of "entitlement" and always complaining about discrimination. If only they were reasonable and moved their lazy ass, worked hard like anybody else and paid their taxes, there would not be any issues but they are just LAZY PIGS who just do not want to work (like homeless people), always want to eat FOOD and MORE FOOD and STEAL others' food like animals. They all want to work in the prison kitchen because of the abundant availability of food to eat! Also, when not in prison, they work in restaurants just to be able to eat a LOT of food for free. Which is why there is a notorious saying, "Obesity follows wherever Walmart goes". There are so many kallus who are on government food stamps money (but drive in expensive SUVs) with a dozen or more kids just to claim child benefits from the government. More kids - more money for them. Some kallus run foster homes for kids for money. The same government does not help white people!

If you did not understand the way cops enforce the law, just scroll up and re-read my comments. It is not possible to book every perpetrator due to limited resources. There is just one trooper on a highway and it is humanly impossible to pull over thousands of speeding vehicles and give citations. They pick people randomly, do their jobs and there may be some remote racial profiling incidents but nothing worse than the partisan attitude we would have towards Indians and Telugus and cricket and kabaddi and spicy food. Do you understand why he was arrested without being given a chance to talk? Because he was talking nonsense saying he did nothing wrong (like he "knew" the law inside-out which he doesn't), does not want to show his ID, resisting arrest, humiliating an officer, loud mouthing and he wants to talk to a supervisor! Cops don't take that nonsense - they have no time for nuisance and they don't waste their time arresting anyone if it is not going to hold up in the court when it goes to hearing later.

California may be having a $hit load of issues but this is not one wth CA - the title of this post should be ideally changed to, "Low-da Lo KALLUS"
