Exactly. They are just burning investors cash. The business is not sustainable. They are paying 500 rs per day, 15k per month, for delivery guy. To break even the guy needs to deliver to 25 customers considering the average amount they get per delivery. In reality, they are delivering fewer than 15. 
If they try to make the guy as contractor and pay only for deliveries he made to save costs, all delivery guys will leave which means no more quick deliveries to customers. 
I am shorting on all delivery companies.

Then no one orders that food. People rather go to curry points near by than order food that has no dining reviews and that charge for delivery. There are curry points/fast food in every street these days. People order food only because they like specific items in specific restaurant. Unless the cost is much less and taste is much better than traditional kitchens, no one cares.

I already knew those. The question everyone should ask is whether the model is sustainable. It might in the short run. We will see. Like I said, curry points will be much cheaper than cloud kitchens and their value proposition to save time for extra cost is not going to go well with customers. Cake is not worth the candle.

own kitchen pettukunte, can they replicate Paradise, Pista house, Shah gouse, bahaar cafe, Udipi, Chutney's, punjabi special itla famouns rests and some other famous restaurants in one kitchen?  kaani pani bro.

The reason we order from Swiggy/Zomato/UberEats is we can order anything from breakfast from Udipi/chutney's, biryani, continental, mugalai etc.,

One own kitchen tho possible ayunte, Amazon gadu eppudoo digutunde.

Food/Education/Hospital, not possible for Amazon in my opinion.

On a side note, they are the ever green and profitable businesses, even recession lo kuda least hit sectors

Uber eats is expensive for a restaurant to tie up. Turnover takkuva unde restaurants will go with any which costs them less. The customer is paying the price and not the restaurant though. If something costs 15$, uber eats adds 5$ as service fee. Ultimately it is the customer who is paying the extra cost and not the restaurant. I have seen uber eats being used well in big cities in USA.
