As per reports, Devineni Avinash, the scion of former minister Devineni Nehru, is all set to say bid adieu to TDP. Currently serving as Telugu Yuvatha state president, Avinash is playing a key role in the party. He is one among the young leaders of TDP who has recently met Nara Lokesh. Avinash has financially supported the party a lot during 2019 general election. He had unsuccessfully contested against Kodali Nani in Gudivada Assembly and gave him a tough fight.

If sources are to be believed, Avinash has met his father late Devineni Nehru's fans, followers and key aides at their Gundala residence and discussing with them on future political course of action. Avinash is said to be toying with the idea of leaving TDP. As per reports, Avinash wants to join ruling YCP.

It is buzzed that CM Jagan has given clearance to Devineni Avinash's entry into YCP.  It is heard that Avinash would take the plunge in a couple of days. However, earlier too rumours had come that Avinash would jump to YCP, but he had denied them then. It needs to be seen what Avinash has to say now on the fresh speculations. Avinash is expected to quit TDP at time when TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu is all set to stage Sand Deeksha. As Vangaveeti family (Vangaveeti Radha) has distanced from YCP, Devineni's family seems to be trying to get close to Jagan
