Refinance lo unna Pros n Cons cheppandi... experts tho matladetappudu em em adagali.?

Refinance chesinanka illu ammeyyalantey emaina restrictions untaya?? like within 6 months ammoddu or some thing like that/??

2 yrs tarvata neeku guarantee ledu.. so take adv of low interest rates and refi

nenu 5/1 ARM chesa , dcu or nwfcu 

5k was the clsoing cost without including escrows

 i was saving 500 monthly by doing 5/1 ARM , so my closing cost will be covered in 10 month

5 yrs tarvata ekada untano nake teliyadu, so i did not go for 30 yrs or 15 yrs

i got 2.875 % for 5/1 with nwfcu 2 months back  without any points buying

i think now it is 3.00 % for 5/1 ARM without any points buying

Bro how does this ARM works? Malli 5 years ayyaka do you need to refinance with closing costs or appati market rate vesthada?

 

I have one 2019 built with 4.75% APR

Last year 2018 built okati investment kosam theeskoni rented it out adhi 5.75% APR undhi

Planning to refinance both in December

after 5 years the rate is higher, its better to refinance after 5 years, you will have closing costs.

5/1 ante after 5 years rate changes every 12 months, in my case rate increases by 2% every year, max apr for the life of loan is 8 %

life of loan ante 5 years a kada bro, so after 5 years your APR will be 8% but you can go for refinancing kada?
