A Dutch-led team of investigators say new recordings of intercepted phone calls show close ties between "high-ranking" Russian officials and the pro-Russian rebels accused of downing Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 over eastern Ukraine in 2014. All 298 passengers and crew on board were killed. Russia's foreign ministry responded by saying the phone calls need to be verified.
