Hell no! Na sontha anaya manchi package ani theskunadu. 2nd  term extension ki complete mess up cheseru paper work. His visa got denied and had to leave country. He  worked in India for few months and later quit the company. It is just impossible to work in  service based IT companies (only with few exceptions) in India. Overall he had a very stressful experience. Good luck.
