Do you really think Bill gates will invest just coz of geographical reasons or weather? You are the biggest joker if that is ur argument. If CBN didn't convince Bill gates with his presentation of how he will develop Hyderabad, why will Gates spend millions on a city which didn't have an identity before CBN?

According to you, Hyderabad did not have an identity before CBN but Microsoft had a temp office already, TCS,Wipro,Infy,Satyam etc have already established bases even before CBN and Microsoft came...

Nuvvu cheppina anni points achieve cheyyali ante there should have been a leader who had vision to implement programmes to make that all happen . CBN was responsible for Engineering colleges explosion in AP. He knew he can develop Hyderabad on par with Bangalore so started all infra development there. With his political acumen he was able to get grants . Availability of talent pool was because of CBN and NTR's vision of setting up Engg colleges .
