I live in Livermore cheper than Dublin and costly than mountain house 4 years avutundi schools ok baane unayi dublkin pleasanton, sanramon antha thopu kaadu

 

My community is also ok mix of desis going on (commute to south bay through ace and office schuttle vachipotadi but  single income tappadu  no complains 

3 and hhalf hours to tahoe , yosemite edo nadustundi

Bought4 years ago bro bought for 650k adi cheyakapothe ipudu masthu kastam avuthund at least built some equity , managing anthe unayi savings , I almost pay the same as rent baa if you count the tax break it's the same , I pay 3500 with property taxes , you can cut down in taxes the interest so it's almost the same way better than paying 3k for 2 bed anywhere in bay area,  konapudukodiga kastam ayindi like pulled 401k loan friends etc now ok

Bay lo vuntu 1.2M taggara vundi potunnarenti bro.. I was thinking 2M is affordable.. the most frustrating is property taxes.. kaani state law vundi kada +3% cap.. that helps a lot for the future!

Property taxes are better in Alamedas county taxes , any where in bay no point in paying rent buy it anthe iddaru work chesthe go for 1 million plus okaru work chesthe some where outskirts mountain house, livermore or South San jose ekado akada tisukovali rents kadithe emi migaladu.

heard about Portola Valley. Haven't been there but I am not surprised.. that entire mountain range next to Saratoga is nice.. the only Hillside I know is in LA. Where is it in the Bay?

1800 built up 4 bed 2 bath not bad only one kid apudu apdu parents or inlaws typical desi  Yaa ipdu naa valla kakapotunde at family has some stability elementary school is good in livermore i hhave 5 more years , dont want to pay rent bro its waste for chinna apartments if you feel you can live for 4 or 5 years in bay area just buy it no point in waiting

Ya I agree.. move to the Bay only if you can afford a house antanu.. also busy life ki alavatu padali.. extra curriculars interest vundi kabatti I am still not moving.. for me, it is not so appealing..
