And look at you, you think AFDB as an important source of support instead.

yes, ask me.

PTSD starts with child abuse,  social anxiety during child hood. It can develop into other illnesses such as bipolar and schizophrenia by drug abuse mostly.  It could be psychosis/awakening.

Bipolar- mania between two states extremes.

schizophrenia- split mind, hallucinations, seeing visuals when eyes closed. Hearing voices

Its very difficult to diagnose illnesses coming to mind because patients cant disclose everything happening with them and doctors cant match with symptoms. There are some better medicines available which can control the symptoms for bipolar/schizophrenia like Risperidone, latuda, zyprexa , seroquel..some 15-20 antipsychotics.

all those stated cause more imbalance than it was before

psychedelics look very promising for depression as it shuts down default mode networks in brain, the person may come out as entirely different person

problem with mental health patients is they can't think clear, very few come out with sheer determination to change themselves

meditation can help phenomenally if done for 2 hrs daily (30-45 mins per session and 2-3 sessions)

Mediation shuts down the imbalances within the brain resulting in less anxiety, the precursor to depression

Ee roju antha full disturbed ga undi. Late 20s varaku normal ga unnavallaki like IIT IIM lo chadive antha normal ga unnavallaki early 30s lo serious mental health issues vasthaya asala not like PTSD anxiety depression but bipolar disorder ala

This reminds me a book. Life is what you make it by Preeti Shenoy. Indulo lead character ammayi super smart and beautiful. But gets diagnosed with bipolar disorder like extreme happiness and extreme sadness. This gives a little idea of people prone to such.

Its not related to being IITian or IIMian. Sad to see good people getting into such phase in life. Hope she becomes stronger soon.
