this is common in India kada, even Big B amitabh bachan is chronic Hep B patient. Coolie movie accident appudu, blood ekkincharu, appudu infect ayyadu, 18 years ayyaka telsindi ila hep B undi ani during regular doctor visist.
anti virals oka 1-2 years esi monitor cheyyali, 

good atleast ippudu aina telsindi, thats why regular health check recommended. dont worry, its all mangeable. dont read too much on internet.

I second this statement. 

Recently job kosam drug test ki velthe 3 times inconclusive results vachayi. May be drinking too much water ani.  I got scared after second time and gave hair follicle test with urine test 3rd time.

I always passed drug test at first attempt at all clients. Asalu alochinchaledu kuda for this small test.

Google lo  kidneys issue ayite ala avutundi etc etc ani enni rogalo unnayi. 

2 days nidra pole and chala bhayamesindi kidneys issue enti nakemanna rogam vachinda ani. I had a check up and i am fit fine and healthy.

Don't worry bro, take second opinion with another doctor also don't depend on google much entuku leni poni bayaalu..

Practo site lo chudu bhayya specialist doctors untaaru you can choose and get appointment also. Ayurvedic & Homeopathy treatment is also there.
