China says Hong Kong courts have no authority to rule on the constitutionality of face mask ban

According to several reports, China has condemned Hong Kong's High Court decision which ruled face mask bans were unconstitutional, saying only the National People’s Congress standing committee can decide whether Hong Kong's legislation is consistent with the city's mini-constitution, known as the Basic Law.
