Never got stressed for exams tbh. Manchiga rest theesukuni exams raasthunde.

Depression is a condition . Heart racing, anxiety, helplessness, suffocation etc.

Quick way to get out of depression is to do some service activity.  You get depressed because you are thinking only about yourself along with the self-pity that goes with it.

Good thing about your situation is that you have identified that you are depressed and reaching out to others for help.  Not many are able to do that.

Anyways, go out and be useful to others by doing some service activities, else go out and take a good long nature walk.  Be with nature, watching the sunrise\sunset, etc...

Long term solution, go to a yoga retreat and learn a meditation technique and practice it regularly.

Hope and wish you get out of this situation soon, be happy and at peace.
