what you can do is   quit current employer join new company ( any way you will do this) . DONT INFORM HIM about you are leaving.  employer has to pay until you resigned or he terminated. doesnt matter whether you moved to new employer or you are on bench. 

drag as much as you can but email pettaku employer ki  i am resigning my job ani

Employers money ivakunda ela vuntaru ra babu. Basic business development skills kuda levu. They should know that an employee is not permanent but should do everything to keep the employee as long as possible. If the employees are happy, they even give good references and bring more people to the employer, which is much better, in terms of revenue, than going war against leaving employees. Never ever burn bridges. This applies to employer and employee.
