Apartment unable to cancel and looking for people they are throwing low balls !! 

1600 is apartment asking for 1000 that too for 3 months. 

Dont know how to sublease even  !!! God save me.

leasing office manager ki coffee pattukupoyi manchi chesuko. Informal ga tell her, this is burdensome for me in current situation.. evaranna new tenants vastey koncham naadi sublease ki help cheyandi ani..

Sulekha ad post cheyi. Keep the basic furniture and charge 1200-1300. Sulekha lo fake batch ekuva. Until you talk to/see them, don’t take or give money. Good luck.

can’t give an apartment to Airbnb. Penality will be huge.

Give it to two or more people. Low rent choosi attract ayyevallu many. Set up some rules to keep the house clean. Check on it every few days.
