Yes. Prices are mostly saturated now. Registrations numbers lo kooda drop.

HUDA Layouts and most lands within ORR are good investments........... Recession vachi 25-30% padina........... they'll bounce back in 4-5 years.

 

But, whoever bought lands like 50 kms outside ORR during hype........... veelu Matta gudisipotaru.

a lot of startups in India are paying 20-25 lakh per annum for right people right off the college. some are even making 1 cr per annum. it is very common for a couple to earn 40-50 LPA with a 8-10 year experience in India( doesn’t matter 20 lakh for a 8 year experienced is where it starts) .  check this forum it will spin your mind the amount of money people are earning in India. not just IT but other fields are also paying very well one of friend who is working at sri chaitanya as lecturer is making 36LPA. a  relative who moved to India last year is paying 11 LPA for school for  his 2 kids and imagine how much the teachers would be making at these International schools in Hyd. I am just saying there is a lot opportunity out there and it is not like old days..if you are worth it you can make as much living in India
