I am just saying there is a lot opportunity out there and it is not like old days..if you are worth it you can make as much living in India

How is the demand for housing estimated in Hyderabad? I mean, there are large scale constructions with 1000s of apartment units in each going on everywhere around the much hyped places with sky-high rates.. how do they know that all these apartments are going to be sold out? Do they use some predictive modelling or something like that?
