More than 20 people died in a plane crash in Congo

According to Reuters, all the 16 passengers, two crew members on board, and several people on the ground were killed. The aircraft crashed shortly after it took off, into a densely populated neighbourhood in the city of Goma in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
