My Opinion: they went to strike purely because AP said they will merge RTC employees into Govt. Dora obviously used it as an opportunity and privatized 50% of the routes making things worse for RTC employees.

They dont have other options-

labour commission, cases.. then Supreme Ct - Long process.

Dora already spoke to Governor, on privatisation..

Ippatlo join avvakapothe - they will not get salary in Dec also..

Already two deadlines I hadu bro kcr 2 weeks back oka sari join avandi all accounts settled , no one listened union leaders kuda instead of sticking to strike they joined hands with other polti al parties (  nothing wrong) and used words kcr ni dethrone chestam, mlas ni chilchutam etc etc ,
