ekado ne account vadi untav. May be in a program or a script or task scheduler? Ask your identity management team to look at ATA logs and give you the machine from which the lockout has happened. I don't work in this domain but same thing happened to me.

edaina service or system or virtual machine lo credentials store ayi unnai..which are trying to connect using ur old credentials..

may be even git login if using github as source controll./.

nuvvu vaade system okkate ayi unte, windows vault lo ki velli credentials clean up cheyi...

Go to Control Panel and type ‘vault‘ in the search box at the right. It should bring up ‘Credentials Manager’.
If you are using Windows 8.X, go to the start screen and type ‘credentials’ to bring up credentials manager.

Scroll down the ‘Generic Credentials‘ and delete the ones you don’t need them.

Windows Credentials anni clear cheyyi... Using Credential Manager... The culprit might be outlook or Lotus Notes or a program which is using the credential manager where your password was not updated.
