I worked for macys in the collection dept... i experienced the same thing. I was not allowed to wave more than $200 per day as late fees. If anything more than that i had to transfer the call to supervisor.

After seeing this video, i better stop using bank of america credit cards......

Have a control over your credit, otherwise they will have control over you.
