Delhi is not a typical UT or a typical state but an hybrid. only police reports to the governor but state govt is responsible for all budgets that includes police, transportation, education, sewegae, health, water and power. BJP was using governor to run parallel government with the help of police but center can’t control the state budgets.

BJP not just lost alliance parters but made them turn to UPA. In future people doesn’t  mind if TDP or SS supports congress at the center. it is pure arrogance of BJP leadership not even attempting to convince SS in Mh episode

Before that from 1999 to 2014 was INC+NCP rule and 1995 to 1999 was SS Govt +BJP..
